Six Bedroom Provencal House in Cotignac
ABOUT
Domaine L'Alerie is a 17th century country house on four hectares of private land surrounded by hundreds of olive trees. The house has six bedrooms and five bathrooms (four bedrooms with ensuites) with a modern kitchen and separate living areas for a comfortable holiday stay for 12-14 guests. The property includes a private pool and tennis court with a security entrance gate, plenty of parking and wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy for an unforgettable holiday.
We are two friends originally from Australia and living in Singapore. We have recently purchased this beautiful home for our own family and friends to enjoy. The country house has been modernised and we plan to progressively improve the property and infuse our own style as we spend more of our time in this beautiful part of Provence.
THE HOUSE
With over 350sqm of living space across three levels the country house is comfortable for 12-14 guests.
On the ground floor is the entrance hall, a large living room and a combined kitchen/dining room. There is also a separate study, laundry and guest toilet.
The first floor has a second living room with fireplace, a king size master bedroom and a queen size bedroom, both with ensuites.
The second floor has another four bedrooms. A king size and a queen size bedroom each with ensuites, as well as two bedrooms with two single beds in each (can join to king size beds) that share a bathroom and separate toilet.
The house has radiator heating and all bedrooms have air-conditioning.
THE PROPERTY
Tennis Court
A new Tennis du Midi porous concrete tennis court was built in 2016, a great multipurpose surface for all uses.
Pool
There is a 10x5m private pool that can be heated on request.
Garden
With four hectares of land and over 700 olives trees there is lots of space to meander around and enjoy the tranquility of Provence.
Free Wifi
Fiber optic Wifi is installed with extenders throughout the house.
Entertainment
Television, Apple TV & wifi/bluetooth music players will be available on the ground and first floor.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping, cleaning and linen are provided and can be customised in consultation with our booking agents.
PRICING
High Season
July & August, rentals are minimum seven days at 850 Euros per night.
Mid Season
May, June, September & Christmas; 657 Euros per night with a minimum three night stay.
Low Season
October to April, 425 Euros per night with a minimum three night stay.
Discount
5% discount for bookings of 20 nights or longer.

Just ask. We love to celebrate events and we are big pet lovers, we do however need to ensure the property will be properly maintained.
